Historic Downtown Strand Partnership 

The Historic Downtown Strand Partnership Fourth Tuesday Forum at 12 noon on February 25 will feature a presentation by Ray Simpson, Jr., owner of Simpson's Gallery on the Strand.

Simpson will speak on "comparing antiques as an investment versus the stock market."
