Galveston Building Standards Commission 

The Galveston Building Standards Commission voted to demolish structures at 1516 22 Street (rear) and at 2702 Avenue E on Wednesday.

The owner of a building at 3521 Avenue N 1/2 was given 30 days to bring it up to code.

The commission tabled action on a property at 1024 53rd Street (rear).
