Hitchcock Independent School District

The Hitchcock Independent School District Board of Trustees has named  Barbara J. Wilson as sole finalist for the position of superintendent.

Wilson, who has been with HISD for six years, has been interim superintendent since November.  She told reporters that she has not negotiated a salary with the school board. 

The school board will take final action on the appointment at the February meeting.
