Galveston Park Board of Trustees

The Galveston Park Board of Trustees voted unanimously, with Al Fichera and Sheila Lidstone absent, to give President and CEO Gil Langley a $5,000 annual raise, from $125,000 to $130,000, effective March 1.

Chair Gerry Del Prete said the board also approved a new contract for Langley, which contains "some goals and some bonuses that he can attain." 

Del Prete said the Park Board is very pleased with the work done thus far by Langley.  

"He is doing what we brought him in to do."
