League City Chamber of Commerce

The League City Chamber of Commerce will kick off its 2004 Brown Bag Lunch Seminar Series on Wednesday, February 25 with a workshop on tax and accounting issues.  The seminar, entitled "Reviewing Your Company's Organizational Structure," will cover the pros and cons of different organizational structures for businesses and give an overview of sole proprietorship, C-corporation, S-corporation, partnership, and limited liability company structures. 

Presenters for the seminar are chamber members Attorney Michelle Fulton, The Fulton Law Firm, PLLC and Stacy Williams, Owner of Williams Executive Business Services.
