Former CEO of Arlington Board of Realtors sees bright outlook for market in 2005

HOUSTON, TX  - February 28, 2005 - Jan Foley, former President and CEO of the Arlington Board of Realtors in Arlington, Texas, has joined the Bay Area office of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors as co-manager, announced Marilyn Eiland, Partner with the firm. "We are thrilled to have a leader of Jan's reputation and professional expertise join our team," said Eiland.

Prior to her stint in Arlington, Foley served as Director of Training for the Houston Association of Realtors. She has also served as Director of Board Services for the Texas Association of Realtors and as Executive Officer of the Bay Area Association of Realtors. Throughout her career, Foley has been a leading force in Realtor education initiatives. She is a Texas Real Estate Commission approved Mandatory Continuing Education instructor in ethics and legal matters. She holds the Certified Real Estate Executive (RCE) designation and is the author of numerous seminars on real estate professionalism. Foley has served on numerous committees and focus groups with the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

In her new capacity as co-manager among her duties will be to provide career development support to experienced agents. Through regularly scheduled coaching sessions, she will provide resources to assist agents in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies that will have a direct and profitable impact their bottom line.
