Don Pumphrey was installed as chair of the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce at the organization's 105th annual banquet.  

Outgoing Chair Vicki Derese reviewed the past year before passing the podium to Pumphrey.

Patti King presented the Athena Award to Mary Ann Reid.
