The commissioners court voted unanimously to authorize County Judge Jim Yarbrough to make a formal request to the Bolivar Peninsula Special Utility District to add billing for waste disposal services on the Bolivar Peninsula.

County attorney Myrna Reingold said the agreement by the water board would require water customers to also have solid waste pickup service. Listen   Download
