A sold-out audience packed McDonald Gym for a final performance in the facility by Lamar University President Jimmy Simmons & Friends.

It was the last event in McDonald Gym before its make-over into a state-of-the-art Sports Recreation Center. 

Simmons led a stellar line-up of music alumni from four decades.  He said most of them are his former students as he introduced them to the audience, then played a tune.  Listen  Download
