I must
reply to J.B. Jones regarding the one issue condemnation of
Rep. Eiland. One issue does not a representative
make. Rep. Eiland has done a GREAT job of representing
the will of the people of his district. I would implore
you to try to see the “the forest” as opposed to looking
at one leaf on a tree in the picture.
Let us be
honest here. You don’t know anything about Rep. Eiland
except what you have been told. I would suggest that you spend
some time researching Rep. Eiland’s voting record and then
attempt to say, with a straight face, he does not represent
his constituency. Rep. Eiland is a great, honest and
forthright individual who has done what he feels is in the
best interest of his constituency. Do I agree with him
on every issue? No I do not, but that is what makes this
country great.
One last
thought. A mind is like a road. As long as it is
open traffic flows well and things move forward but the minute
it is closed it stops the free flow of traffic and all that is
left is one big parking lot with cars going nowhere.
