Houston International Ballet, a newly-formed non-profit civic ballet based in League City, will present a children's ballet featuring Peter and the Wolf at 3 p.m. on April 23 and 24. "The company performs with an open audition policy and welcomes children from all backgrounds," said Robyn Stowe.
