The Clear Lake Crawfish Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 2 at Clear Lake Park's Landolt Pavilion at 5001 NASA Parkway. "Enjoy yummy crawfish, hot dogs, kettle corn, other carnival type foods, a variety a beverages and much more," said Shari Sweeney, director of marketing for the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. "Taste gumbo from the annual cook-off, watch crawfish eating contests, dance to the 4 Barrell Ramblers, shop at the silent auction and arts and crafts vendors and play in the game area." There also will be a Crawfish Crawl 5K Walk at 9 a.m. Admission to the festival is $3 for adults and $1 for children, except that children age three and younger will be admitted free.
