Galveston Mayor Lyda Ann Thomas gave a State of the City Address to the Rotary Club of Galveston Island.

City Manager Steve LeBlanc reviewed financial issues with the members.

Thomas was introduced by Rotary President Ted Deyo.

Both Thomas and LeBlanc are Rotarians.  Thomas is a member of the Rotary Club of Galveston, the Downtown club, and LeBlanc is a member of the Island club.
