Jefferson County Commissioner Mark Domingue was installed as president of the Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission at the group's annual meeting.

SEPTRC Executive Director Chester R. Jourdan, Jr. first introduced 2005 President, West Orange Mayor Roy McDonald; then Judge Carl Thibodeaux administered the oath of office to the 2005 officers, including Domingue, who made a speech. Listen  Download to MP3 Player
