Rosendo Ramos AguirreRosendo Ramos Aguirre, 75, passed away at his residence in Galveston, Texas.  

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Friday April, 15, 2005 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 706 51st Street, Galveston, Texas. Graveside services will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Galveston. The family received friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the funeral home with a rosary being recited at 6:30 pm..

Rosendo was born March 3, 1930 to Pascual and Anaceta Aguirre Ramos in Durango, Mexico. He was employed at Galveston Concrete, was an excellent carpenter and a shrimper. He loved to bar-b-que, visit with friends and take care of his family.

Rosendo is survived by his wife Concepcion V. Ramos of Mexico; children, Juana R. Escalera, Juaquina R. Zaldivar, Maguadalupe R. Madrigal. Rosendo Ramos, Leticia Fuentes, Maria V. Ramos, Humberto Ramos, Juan Angel Fuentes, Celestino Fuentes, Alfredo Ramos, Maria Fuentes, Irene R. Hernandez and Alicia Marcela Ramos; 35 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brother, Miguel Aquirre; sister, Bernadina Ramos; special friends, Hector Delgado and Ignacio Carrillo; other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Juan Angel Fuentes, Celetino Fuentes, Rosendo Ramos, Felipe Betancout Ramos, Alfredo Ramos and Humberto Ramos.
