League City City Council has scheduled a special workshop on Monday that will feature a "mock" meeting of the city council in cooperation with the Clear Creek Independent School District.
"This is a workshop for high school students to learn how government works and is for educational purposes only," said a notation on the posted agenda. "No official business will be conducted. This is only a mock city council meeting."
The agenda for the mock meeting includes discussion of merit awards, a student court and contract grading.
