proudly until such time that he was

love for the sea and its vast and open
waters. For the last 38 years, he has
been a seaman, employed by Edison

he was scheduled for special training
which would have entitled him to obtain
his “Captain’s” license, a very
privileged opportunity in his
profession.
Noel’s happiest times and biggest
enjoyment was gathering with family and
friends, spending time together. His
jovial personality and wonderful
hospitality made for such good times
when shared with him. Noel was a
devoted husband and father who loved his
family dearly. His memory will live on
in the hearts of those that knew him and
loved him and he will be greatly missed.
