Mr.
Homer Earl Scott, passed from this
life Thursday evening, November 23,
2006, at his home.
Born June 19, 1911 in Boise, Idaho,
Mr. Scott had moved to Dickinson in
February and was formerly a resident
of Chehalis, Washington. He had
been a truck driver with General
Mills, had served in the United
States Coast Guard where he had
manned a lighthouse station off the
coast of Alaska and was a member of
the Order of Elks.
Preceded in death by his wife,
Nadine Mae Scott, survivors
include his son and
daughter-in-law, Gary “B” and
Shirley Scott of Dickinson;
grandchildren Lisa Kenworthy,
Gloria Thornton, Camille
Hefferman, Danielle Scott,
Gregory Hagerud, Jeffrey Hagerud;
11 great-grandchildren and 3
great-great-grandchldren.
The family would like to extend
a special thanks to Amed
Hospice, especially to LaToya
Beard, Chaplain Chad Hawkins and
to Mr. Scott’s nurses, Toni and
Samantha (his special angels)
for the loving care he received.
