The public is invited to participate in at a Get Out The Early Vote Rally to be held at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, October 22, 2006, at Pepper’s, 220 Gulf Freeway S., League City, TX.  U.S. Congressman and DNC Vice Chair Mike Honda will be the principal speaker.  Honored guests include U. S. Congressional candidates Nick Lampson for the 22nd District and Shane Sklar for the 14th District.

Susan Criss, Judge of the 212th District Court, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.  John Patrick, DNC member and U S. Steelworker Director, will introduce Congressman Honda.

Congressman Honda, who represents Hawaii in the U. S. House of Representatives, is a leader in our National Democratic Party.  He is a dynamic inspirational speaker.  We are honored by his visit on the eve of our early vote drive.

This event is important.  It will bring to a climax our successful victory campaign to elect two new members of Congress from Texas and to elect and re-elect our local Democratic officials and candidates.

It will be a fun event.  The food will be good and the program will be uplifting and inspirational.

There will be no charge at the door.  Donations are welcome to help in our final push towards victory.
