Dear Mary
Ann,
A
situation has come to the attention of
the Albert Choate campaign which
requires your immediate action
concerning the ballots at precinct #331
and potentially all of the ballots in
Precinct 3.
Today we
were informed by Geraldine Sam and
Arthur Gilmore, both of whom reside in
precinct 331, that they both saw the
names of Albert Choate and Bryan
Lamb who are Precinct Two candidates on
their Precinct Three ballots; they both
voted today at the Nessler Center.
Arthur is a Republican Precinct Chair
for 331 and Geraldine is a Republican
activist so they are both aware of
which County Commissioner precinct they
reside in.
A check of
their voter registration numbers
(0000295160 for Arthur, 0000231314 for
Geraldine) confirms that they are
registered at 2412 STONEWALL ST ,LA
MARQUE ,TX which is in voting precinct
#331 and County Commissioner Precinct
Three.
As you are
aware, there is no County Commissioner
Precinct Three race on the ballot this
year and neither of the County
Commissioner Precinct Two candidates
should have shown up on the ballots fro
voting precinct #331.
On behalf
of the Choate campaign, I am requesting
that you do the following:
-
Investigate the ballots at the Nessler
Center and all early voting locations,
including any mail-in
ballots, for Precinct #331 and if the
problem exists, correct it tomorrow
morning before early voting begins on
October 31st.
-
Perform a full audit of the ballots from
Pct #331, including any mail-in
ballots, to confirm whether or not the
Precinct Two County Commissioner
candidates, Mr. Choate and Mr. Lamb,
appeared on the ballot from Oct 23 until
Oct 30 and whether there have been any
inadvertent votes cast for Mr. Choate or
Mr. Lamb. If there have been inadvertent
votes, I would like them removed from
the vote totals and I would like an
updated sheet e-mailed to me with the
corrected vote totals.
-
Audit the ballots for all of the
remaining voting precincts in precinct 3
to confirm that the ballots do not list
Mr. Choate or Mr. Lamb.
-
Respond back to me with your findings.
Thank you
in advance for your prompt attention to
this matter.
Regards,
Onzelo
