Is Linda Coltharp having illusions or something?  There is no law or code of ethics that says an elected office holder may not stand beside, sit beside or otherwise be in a photograph with the seal of that office just because that office holder is running for re-election.

They are the legitimate holder of the office, they represent that office and they do not give up their seal of office when election time rolls around.

If the President of the United States were running for re-election, would he not be able to display the Presidential Seal on his podium when on television? 

Linda Coltharp sounds like a rabble rouser trying to stir up some dirt where there is none.  Wonder what we can find in her closet?
