Cornelia Harris Banks Cornelia Harris Banks is proud to be serving her third term, representing District 2.

Banks has contributed to the progress made by the city in education, job growth, economic development and infrastructure improvements. 

She is working diligently to improve crime prevention and public transportation in her district and throughout the city.

In October 2002 Cornelia Harris Banks, Councilwoman District 2, who also serves as Mayor Pro Tem, met with W. Stanley Jordan of CityWorks Incorporated to discuss a program of inspections of rental property in Galveston.  Jim Guidry moderated the Webio discussion. Listen
