Cornelia
Harris Banks is proud to be serving her third term,
representing District 2.
Banks has contributed to the progress
made by the city in education, job growth, economic
development and infrastructure improvements.

prevention and public transportation in her district

Harris Banks, Councilwoman District 2, who also
serves as Mayor Pro Tem, met with W. Stanley Jordan
of CityWorks Incorporated to discuss a program of
inspections of rental property in Galveston.
