A delegation of public officials, business leaders and other supporters of coastal issues, visited the Netherlands to tour the Dutch Delta Works, a series of construction projects that consist of dams, sluices, locks, dikes, levees, and storm surge barriers.  Scroll down the page for articles about the visit.
