Mrs. Rhea Claire Felton passed from this life Friday Afternoon, January 12, 2007, in Webster.

Born February 17, 1932 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Mrs. Felton had been a resident of Galveston County for over 49 years and had attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She had been a former secretary at UTMB, the Shriners Burn Center, Santa Fe Railroad, and the Falstaff Brewery. Mrs. Felton and will be lovingly remembered as lady who enjoyed her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. “Bob” Felton; parents, Benjamin Russell and Mary Alice (Nelson) Franklin and 2 brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Roberta Lynn Flores of Webster, Mary Renee` Tuttoilmondo and husband, Larry of Santa Fe; grandchildren, Angela Rodriguez, Robert Flores, II, Michael and Brandi Townsend, Jennifer and German Rodriguez, Amy Nicholson, Lori and Troy Pittman, Christi and John Hernandez, Brady Tuttoilmondo; 13 great-grandchildren; lifelong friends, Jo Smedley of Galveston, Darrel and Lanett Clapsaddle of McAllen.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2007, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Deacon Harold Eskew officiating.  Interment will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2007, at the Houston National Cemetery.
