Patricia Bolton-Legg read a proclamation in honor of the Krewe of Thalasar and its Rugby Tournament.

Danny Weber read a proclamation in honor of the Z Krewe.

And Park Board of Trustees Chair Dianna Puccetti reviewed the plans for the celebration and introduced members of the other Krewes, who gave beads to the city council.
