Billie Sue Biffle Proctor
J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home
Billie Sue Biffle Proctor, age 76, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2007, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 3, 1930 in Longview, Texas.
Billie was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Biffle Johnson.
Billie loved laughter and was devoted to her family and friends. She is a very special lady and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son Richard Biffle and wife Debi; daughter Theresa Biffle Meyers and husband Ron; son-in-law Roland Johnson; nieces Leslie Bean and Kaye Forester; and nephew Anthony Forester.
She especially loved and was proud of her 5 grandchildren: Shannon Dawson, Jenay Dawson, Trey Biffle, Caroline Johnson and Maddie Johnson.
A memorial services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home, with Reverend Kelley Vaughan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to GISD Educational Foundation, Lisa Biffle Johnson Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 660, Galveston, Texas 77553 or Seaside Christian Academy, P.O. Box 5435, Galveston, Texas 77554.
