Drue Ella “Ellie” Pean, 38, of Galveston, passed away Monday, June 4, 2007.
The family will receive visitors after 5:00 pm Thursday, June 7th, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, June 8th, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Guthier officiating. Burial will follow the service at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock.
Ellie was born October 29, 1968, in Pasadena, Texas. She grew up in Texas City and worked at Shriners Burns Hospital in Galveston. Ellie was a devoted mother to her three daughters and was a member of First Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gary and Chuck Rich.
Ellie is survived by her husband, Gordon David Pean, of Galveston; daughters, Lillian, Elisabeth, and Kathleen Pean; father, Charlie Rich; mother, Ruth Morse Creel; sisters, Doris Wilson, Donna Johnson, Tanya Palmer, Cathy Erber, and Charla Strevels; brothers, Ray and Curtis Rich; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Stewart Campbell, Butch Pean, Chris Strevels, Bradley Strevels, Michael Johnson, Roger Pugh, and Johnathan Montrose.
