Carnes Brothers Funeral Home - Texas City

Patricia Rodgriguez, age 59, died Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at her daughters residence in Houston.  Funeral Mass will be 12:00 noon Friday, June 8, 2007 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Father John Paul Flajole, OFM Celebrant. The family will receive visitors at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm.

Patricia was born August 28, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Charles L. Galindo, Sr. and Gloria Mayfield Galindo. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a very loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed going to Louisiana, especially to Coushatta and was an avid bingo player.

Preceded in death by her father Charles L. Galindo, Sr., brothers, Charles L. Galindo, Jr., and Daniel A. Galindo; survivors include her husband, Pedro Rodriguez of Mexico; daughters, Charlotte Valdez and husband Juan of Houston, Yvonne Shaw and husband Harold, III, and Sonia Rodriguez all of Galveston; mother, Gloria Galindo; sisters, Gloria Ann Deleon, Sylvia Garza and husband Eddie, Annette Garza and husband Gerardo all of San Antonio, and Yvette Haas and husband Delvin of Deer Park; brother, Fred Galindo of San Antonio; father in law and mother in law, Lucio and Esperanza Rodriguez of Mexico, sister in law, Veronica I. Galindo of San Antonio; grandchildren, Mark Anthony Rodriguez, Alyssa A. Valdez, Kearra M. Shaw, Alejandro Valdez, and Britaney A. Shaw, Bianca J. Valdez, and Joan C. Valdez, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers are Gerardo Garza, Allen Nace, Delvin Haas, Samuel Espinoza, Daniel Galindo, and Genaro Juarez.
