Betty Ann Sorensen
J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home
Betty Ann Sorensen, age 69, passed away Monday, September 17, 2007 in Winnie, Texas. She was born on March 9, 1938 in Kountze, Texas. She attended Galveston Schools and worked in the hotel industry until her retirement. At that time, she moved to Port Bolivar. Her passions were fishing, watching the sunset on the water and watching her beloved Dallas Cowboys play football.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ina Toups; and her husband Randolph Sorensen, Sr.
She is survived by her daughter Wanda Burkett; sons Terry Clark and Jerry Clark, Sr. and wife Frances; sister Glenda Flynn; brothers James Guest and Michael Matthews; grandchildren Amanda Reed, John O’Mara, Dustin Ratisseau, Jerry Clark, Jr. and Debra Nicholson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home, with Brother Bing Sombito of University Baptist Church officiating.
