 Kathy Brown Ginn, 53, of Alvin, Texas passed away Saturday, June 16, 2007 at her residence. Kathy was born August 31, 1953 in Texas City, Texas to Arthur and Essie Brown and was a resident of Alvin for 8 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 35 years, Charles M. Ginn of Alvin, Texas, daughter, Melissa Stevens and husband, Mike of Kingwood, Texas, son, Marty Ginn and wife, Shawna of Santa Fe, Texas, brothers, Jimmy Brown and wife, Nancy of Brazoria, Texas, Rickey Brown and wife, Claudia of Santa Fe, Texas, 3 grandchildren, Josh Stevens, J.R. Ginn and Kaylee Ginn, and numerous other relatives and friends. The family extends a special thank you to Joyce McLawchlin, Linda Hardwick, and Vitas Hospice for all their help and support.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, June 18, 2007 at Scott Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Scott Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Mayo officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery, Webster, Texas. Arrangements under the direction of the Scott Family, 1421 East Hwy. 6, Alvin, Texas, 77511.
