Michael Jeffery “Butch” Krichick, 58, of Port Bolivar, peacefully passed from this life on earth on November 5, 2007.
Michael was born on June 9, 1949 in Fort Worth, Texas to Michael and Bernice Frusha Krichick of Azle, Texas. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, two half brothers of Colorado and several other family members.
Mr. Krichick was a resident of Port Bolivar for over 20 years. He was employed as a “Laborer” with Jack Morse Construction Co. and had recently been employed by the”Diyie Fish Company”. Mike spent his leisure time fishing from the “Jetties” and playing darts while he socialized with his friends at “local gathering spots” in Port Bolivar, especially with Kenny and Cindy Dunn! Mike was a “Purple Heart” recepient of Vietnam, serving two tours there and having served tours to Germany and Korea.
Mike is survived by his wife, Aurora Krichick, 2 sisters, Helen Johnson and husband Jesse of Azle, Texas and Robbietta Magill and husband Belmont of Bossier City, Louisiana; 4 nephews; 4 nieces and very special friends, Kenneth and Cindy Dunn of Port Boliver.
Memorials may be made in Michael’s name to the charity of one’s choice. A special thanks to Beverly and the Hospice Care Team of Texas City.
