The Bolivar Peninsula Chamber of Commerce will present its annual Crystaland Christmas on Saturday, December 8.

The Crystaland Christmas Parade will begin at the Galveston County Courthouse Annex on Swede's Road at 6 p.m., then will go to the beach and turn left.  The parade will turn around at Gregory Lane and then return to the courthouse.

The Crystaland Christmas Party will begin after the parade, about 7:30 p.m.

"Santa will be there with prizes and gifts to children 12 and under," said Anne Willis, president of the chamber.  "Prize money and trophies will be awarded."

Willis said that refreshments will be served.
