“This is an exciting time for our community as we revive the tradition of a Holiday parade hosted by the City of Port Arthur”, says Kelly Delcambre, secretary for Mayor Prince. “We have received tremendous support from participants, such as Motorcycle groups, the Antique Automobile car club, Motiva Youth Academy and several dance troupes and school bands, just to name a few. It will be a joyous time for our city”, says Delcambre.
