Shirley Mae Martindale, 80, of Nederland passed away, Saturday January 26, 2008 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at Broussard’s in Nederland with Pastor David Derr officiating, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the mortuary.

Mrs. Martindale was born in Port Arthur and lived all of her life in Nederland. She was a homemaker and a member of the Nederland Christian Church.

Mrs. Martindale was preceded in death by her husband, W.R. Martindale.

She is survived by her son, William Robert Martindale Jr. and his wife Melody of Nederland; her sister, Beverly Brown of Corpus Christi; two grandchildren, Kathryn Stelly, and Andrew Martindale.
