Elvira “Beady” Pruitt, 85, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at La Porte Healthcare Center.  She was born in Galveston on February 19, 1922.

Funeral services will be held at 1: 00 pm on Friday, February 8, 2008, at St. Peter Catholic Church with Father Bill Bartniski officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Thursday,   February 7,  at Malloy & Son Funeral Home in Galveston.

Beady will miss all her friends, especially her fellow bowlers.
