E. R. Johnson Family Mortuary
Lionel S. Edwards, 23, departed this life on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, in Galveston.
Lionel was born July 8, 1984, in Galveston, Texas, where he also attended public school. Thought his life was short, he lived it to the best of his ability. He will be sadly missed.
He was preceded in death by his grand parents. He leaves to cherish memories, wife Laquesha Williams; daughter, Kemyra Dreona Edwards; stepsons, Quinshawn and Markel Allen; his parents, Jerry Nelson (Michelle) and LaQuator Edwards; brothers, Eddie Williams Jerry Williams, Jeremiah Edwards, and Fredrick “NuNu”; sisters, Rosszalyn Cahee, Queen Ella Edwards; Pearl Edwards; Tangie Williams, and Nikki Williams; special friends, Derrick and Darrell Reed; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Viewing will begin at 9AM on Monday, February 11, 2008, followed by funeral service at 11:00AM in the chapel of E. R. Johnson Family Mortuary with Rev. Ira Leigh III officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
