The Angel of Life blessed us with His special creation, Jimmie Lee Virgil-Collins, on March 27, 1939.  She was a beloved mother and friend to many.  She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. Virgil, and Roxie R. Virgil, and 15 brothers and sisters.
 
Jimmie Lee is survived by her children, Jeremiah Collins, Charlene Collins, Kathy Ferguson, Douglas Collins, Victor Collins, Lisa Collins-Scott, Hope Collins, and Tanyeka Collins--Osborne.  She has 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and a host of close family friends. 
 
Ms. Jimmie Lee Virgil-Collins was accepted into eternal life on February 21, 2008.  May she forever be enveloped in God's loving arms and mercy.
 
Special thanks to Dr's. Lewis, Saleja, Nickelson, Merszei and the staff at the Pointe.
 
Visitation is Monday, February 25, 2008  from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a wake from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wynn Funeral Home.
 
The Homegoing celebration is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Wynn Funeral Home.   Joseph Davis Sr. will officiate.
