Congressional Staff Awards were presented to the Staff of the Senate Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Staff of the House Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment

The Corps of Engineers Award was presented to Joe Vietri, Corps Coastal Center on Expertise

2007 Top Restored Beaches Awards were presented to Chaland Headland Restoration Project in Louisiana; East Beach, Norfolk, Virginia; Surfside-Sunset Beach, Orange County, California; Collier County Beaches, Florida;  Perdido Pass, Alabama; West Hampton Dunes on Long Island in New York and Folly Beach, South Carolina.
