Ramon Francisco HernandezRamon Francisco Hernandez, age 56, of Texas City and former life long resident of Galveston, peacefully crossed over to be with the Lord, while surrounded at his bedside by his family, Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008, at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Burial services are private for family.

Ramon was born August 26, 1951 in Galveston, Texas. He went to Ball High School and was a Merchant Marine Seaman. He was a Christian man who loved to read the Bible, enjoyed building with his hands and was an avid fisherman.

Survivors include sisters, Betty Ochoa Whyte of Texas City and Juanita Sandoval Haegele of Missouri.
