William Fell Hunt

William Fell Hunt, age 85 of Galveston passed away, Sunday, April 6, 2008 at his residence in Pirates Beach, Galveston. Burial will be private in Pennsylvania.
William was born December 11, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Geofrey Lee Hunt and Mildred Fell Hunt. He graduated from Lansdowne High School in 1941 and then from Cornell University in 1945. He was employed by the Cleveland Twist Drill Company from which he retired. He was of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed his retirement home in Galveston where he loved to boat, fish and golf. He was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Elaine Hunt of Galveston; sons, Thomas Hunt of Houston, Jeffrey Hunt of Galveston, and Kevin Hunt and wife Kecia of San Antonio; grandchildren, Odin Hunt, Dylan Hunt, Autumn Hunt and Sheila Harrell and husband Kyle; and a great granddaughter, Adrian Harrell.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
