 Kendolynn Michelle Phillips, 7 months old, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home, 1201 Tremont, in Galveston with the Pastor Manuel Thomas, officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, Saturday from 8:00 am until service time.
Kendolynn was blessed September 11, 2007 to Kelvin Dewayne Phillips and Tamara Michelle Jones of Galveston, Texas. She lived the duration of her lifetime at UTMB in the ISCU Unit and entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 12, 2008 surrounded by her loved ones.
Precedeed in death by her grandfather, James Hare she leaves to cherish her memory her mother and father; sisters, Keshara Smithers, Kelvinesha Phillips, Kevia Phillips, Keshona Smithers, Kelvina Phillips, Kefflin Phillips, Diamond Phillips, Kayla Phillips; brothers, Kendrick Holmes, Kelvin Phillips, Jr., Kam’ron Phillips, Kelton Phillips; grandmothers, Eileen Jones, Diane Phillips Chambers, and Peggy Wyatt; great grandmothers, Vivian Jones and Ella Mae Tucker; grandfather Johnny Tucker; aunts, Monique Phillips, Sheronda Alexander, Joyce Floyd and Constance Wyatt; uncle, Damon Jones, Anthony Hare and Michael Wyatt; devoted cousin, Keaundra Howard, and numerous other relatives and friends of the family.
A very special thanks to all the doctors, nurses, unit clerks, RT’s, OT’s, friends of the family and my devoted cousin Keaundra Howard.
