Pearland City Council on Monday voted to approve a development agreement for park dedication requirements for the Canterbury Park Subdivision.

The city council voted to approve participation in an interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council for purchase of a tractor and boom mower. The item had been tabled at a previous council meeting.

The city council took no action on an ordinance to grant a conditional use permit for a gaming establishment at Highway 35 and Hastings Cannon Road.

The city council took no action after discussing potential litigation associated with land use. The item was discussed in executive session.

The city council took no action concerning the city manager's annual performance goals evaluation. The item was discussed in executive session.

All other items were approved. Council Member Helen Beckman was absent from the meeting.
