Peggy Marie Daly, 56, of Hitchcock, passed away Monday, June 2, 2008, as a result of injuries she received in an auto accident.
Graveside service will be 10:00 am, Friday, June 6th, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with Deacon John Pistone officiating.
Peggy’s family will receive visitors from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 5th, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home.
Peggy was born September 14, 1951, in Galveston, Texas, and was a graduate of Ball High School. In her younger years, she served as a volunteer for St. Mary’s Hospital. Peggy was an avid Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys fan. She will be lovingly remembered by all those who knew her.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Dorothy Daly; and her brother, Phillip Daly.
She is survived by her sister, Patsy Marullo and husband, Gerald, of Huntsville; brothers, Patrick Daly and wife, Martha, of Hitchcock; and brother, Paul Daly and Judy Saenz, of Galveston; numerous nieces and nephews; best friend, Judy Kay Upchurch, of Jacksonville, TX; and her cherished cat, Honeybun.
Pallbearers will be Paul Daly, Gerald Marullo, Steven Marullo, Travis Marullo, Alan Daly, and David Costa. Honorary pallbearers will be Patrick Daly, Sean Daly, and Judy Kay Upchurch.
