Stephen William Kauffman

A loving and devoted father and husband, Stephen William Kauffmn departed his earthly home to his heavenly home June 6, 2008. Funeral Services will be held at 1: 00 pm Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at St. Mathews Catholic Church in San Antonio. Burial will follow at Fort Sam Houston Nationlal Cemetery.
Stephen was born December 4, 1956 to the proud parents Aaron and Angie Kauffmam. Survivors include his wife, Glenece Kauffman, daughters, Alyssa Kauffman, and Lexi Kauffman, parents Aaron and Angie Kaufftnan, sisters and brothers in law Lori and Larry Coleman, Lisa and Eric Roberts, niece and her husband Lauren and Travis Shepard, nephews Landon Coleman, Trevor and TyIer Roberts.
Stephen graduated John Marshall High School in 1974. Following graduation he served in the U.S. Air Force then graduated South West Texas University in 1992 Suma Cum Ladi with a BS degree in Health Care administration. He also served on the North Side Independent School District Board of Trustees 1993-1995, and was tthe youngest person to have ever served on the school board.
In lieu of flowers a memorial trust fund for the education of Stephen’s children will be established at the USAA Bank in San Antonio.
