Pamala was born September 30, 1947 in Ithaca, New York to William David and Margaret Teeter Little. She would cook at any hour of the day or night if she knew someone was hungry and wanted to eat. The world is a better place because Pamala Diane Little Noehl walked upon this earth. May she rest in peace.
