Cary Pitre Wright
E. R. Johnson Family Mortuary
Cary Pitre Wright, 58, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2008.
A native of Galveston, he was a resident of Lake Charles, LA and was formerly employed with the Isle of Capri Casino for numerous years and Citadel. He was also a U. S. Army veteran and a Mason.
He was preceded death by his father, Robert Wright and mother, Rhody Pitre Ward
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Wright of Lake Charles; children, Cecilia Wright of Wichita Falls; Ericka Wright of South Carolina; Wendy Williams and Jeremy O’Key of Lake Charles; brothers, Anthony (Daisy) Pitre of Lake Charles; sisters, Deborah Warren (Reginald) of Galveston; Yvette McIntosh (George) of Texas City, and Ellouise Wright Stevens of Hitchcock; 2 grandchildren; 3 godchildren; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 15
th
from 5-9PM at Kings Funeral Home 1611 Highway 14, Lake Charles, LA 70601 (337) 439-7729. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Hayes Cemetery in Lacassine, LA.
