James W. Clark
J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home
James W. Clark, age 88, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at Mainland Center Hospital in Texas City. He was born on July 12, 1920 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma. He was retired from the City of Galveston Parks Department where he worked for over 30 years. He was also in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife Alice Clark; and son Jimmy Clark.
He is survived by his sons Billy Clark, Rickey Clark, Carl Clark and Paul Clark; daughter Majetta Couton; and 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2008 at J. Levy Termini Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., with funeral services beginning at 7:00 P.M., with Pastor Melvin Ware and Reverend Larry Jones officiating. Interment will be private.
