 Peter Frank Yakimovicz, 48, of Galveston, passed away Friday, August 29, 2008, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, August 31st, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home with Father Chacko Puthumayil officiating.
Peter was born March 4, 1960, in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He owned and operated his own business in Arkansas, moving to Galveston to enjoy semi-retirement. Peter loved life, the beach, and playing golf. He excelled at his job as manager of Kwik Kar on Broadway in Galveston.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Rosa Yakimovicz.
Peter is survived by his wife, Lisa Yakimovicz; son, Josh Yakimovicz; stepsons, Nicholas and Zachary Morrison; stepdaughter, Brittany Morrison; brother, George Yakimovicz; and numerous friends.
