Pearland City Council on Monday voted unanimously to reappoint Roy Simmons as Municipal Court Judge.

The item was discussed in executive session.

The city council discussed but took no action regarding the schedule of city council meetings in December.

The city council voted unanimously to approve entering into an interlocal agreement with the City of Houston for the Interconnect Project.

The city council tabled action on a zoning change request for 26.58 acres of property located at North Main Street and McHard Road from Light Industrial to General Commercial District.

The city council tabled action on a request for a conditional use permit for property at 2418 South Main Street to allow outdoor storage in the Old Townsite General Business District.

The city council voted unanimously to approve a conditional use permit for 10.005 acres of land in the area of 2320 Hatfield Road to allow a cellular communications tower in the General Business Retail District at the request of T-Mobile.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. Council Member Steve Saboe was absent. Agenda
