Pearland City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve contracting Hall, Barnum and Lucchesi Architects for architectural services related to the Fire Station No. 5 project.

The city council took no action on a resolution authorizing a contract for the environmental remediation of city facilities.

The city council took no action regarding the sale, lease, purchase or exchange of property. The item was discussed in executive session.

The city council moved to a future agenda an ordinance authorizing issuance of water and sewer system revenue bonds.

The city council voted unanimously to approve the first reading of an zoning change to reclassify 1.224 acres of property at 5510 Magnolia Road from Single Family Estate District to Single Family Residential-1 District.

All other items were approved by unanimous vote. All members were present. Agenda
